Tools I use to run my business

01

Dubsado

The ultimate CRM for your organisational needs. Save contacts, invoice clients, collect payments, send proposals and contracts, manage a client portal, schedule calls, build automated workflows and more.

02

Google Workspace

My no. 1 recommendation for your email provider, Google Workspace doesn’t miss a beat. They provide you with hosted emails at your domain name, and included is a suite of apps such as Google Drive, Calendar, Forms etc. The price is one of the most reasonable on the market, and most user-friendly.

For a 10% discount on your first year, send me an email and I’ll give you a code!

03

Mailerlite

Build an email list and automate your marketing campaigns with this user-friendly solution. Integrates wonderfully with WordPress websites so you can collect email addresses automatically through form submissions.

04

Zoom

I couldn’t run my biz without it! Zoom helps me stay in touch remotely through video calls. It can be easily integrated with scheduling platforms (like Calendly or Dubsado) so customers can book call times and appointment links can be forwarded. The free tier is often enough for most small businesses.

05

Later

Save time and increase productivity by scheduling your social media. Plan, analyze, and publish your content all on one dashboard, across multiple social networks.

06

BerryCast

My new favourite screen recording tool! This alternative to Loom will allow you to record up to 10 videos per month on the free plan and easily share video links. I use this for website training, but it could also be useful for explaining things to customers visually, instead of tapping out a long email.
