When you sign on to work with LCS, I will send out a comprehensive questionnaire for you to complete. Once I have this information, I should be able to get on with the build and not need to bother you too much! You will get a chance to review my work and offer feedback and change requests at set stages.

A typical website project will take approximately 4 weeks. Ecommerce and more complicated projects may take 6-8 weeks. All websites will be delivered as promptly as possible. If you have a shorter timeline, it may be possible – please get in touch.

Yes, but in most cases a redesign will require a full rebuild. This is because your old site might have broken code, links, and outdated functionality which can lead to more issues when trying to fix/change it. I usually recommend a nice fresh install of WordPress on good quality hosting for best results.

For WordPress websites, my prices are within the industry standard. If you still want me to build you a website, I can offer a templated Squarespace website with less inclusions, for a lower price. If this is of interest to you, please get in touch so we can discuss.

Absolutely! When gathering information about your business, I ask you to provide links to some other websites you like, and also what colours and styles you prefer. This allows me to use your vision and make it into something beautiful, unique, and practical for your business.

I accept payments via bank transfer or credit card. Payment terms are 50% deposit upon signing contract, to secure a spot in my calendar. The remaining 50% is payable before the website goes live. On a case by case basis, I can break this payment into 4 equal instalments, with the final payment being made before website launch. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a payment plan that suits you.

Whilst I enjoy tinkering with logos and branding, I am not a graphic designer. If you require a logo or branding, I can put you in touch with a specialist from my trusted network who can deliver you with a wonderful branding package.

Of course! WordPress may seem overwhelming at first, but it is easy once you know how. All my clients receive video tutorials after their website is handed over, which shows you how to update the content on your site. If you require more training, blocks of my time can be purchased at a discounted rate for some one on one coaching.

Whilst this is possible, it is not recommended. Your branding speaks to your ideal customer and helps build up trust in order to sell your product or service. There may be a select few businesses that do not require strict branding to operate. If you think you fall into this category, please get in touch.

Depending on the product, you may not need the full Woocommerce solution. I can tailor a package specifically for your business, and offer more reasonable alternatives to suit your budget.

Copywriting is not included in my website packages, but I do offer it as an add on service. Please let me know during our discovery call if you are interested in this service.

Yes! Our one pager is designed especially to build upon as your business grows. You will only pay the difference in package prices should you wish to upgrade.
